The voting on who did vote for what must be transparent.
One common EU budget, instead of lots of different small budgets within the EU under the control of the EU Parliament.
One common €-zone budget for all €-zone member states.

  • shall become a part of the European Council, not as a separate council anymore, with the same function as now

EU Commission

All spendings of any EU institution must be controlled by the Europäischer Rechnungshof.

Next to the control of the administrative part of the EZB and the EBA, their Bankenaufsicht of the EZB must also be controlled by the Europäischer Rechnungshof.
